Mr. Geraci has been practicing law for over 43 years as the leader of Geraci Law L.L.C., one of the largest and oldest consumer bankruptcy firms in the United States. Mr. Geraci is the author of The Bankruptcy Solution: The Insiders' Guide to Bankruptcy and How It Can Help You and The Bankruptcy Book. He has handled tens-of-thousands consumer bankruptcy cases.

His sister firm, Geraci, Arreola and Hernandez, has recovered millions of dollars due to loss for injury clients in Illinois. His largest jury verdict to date is $6.5 million, awarded in DuPage County, Illinois, in 2003. Before that time, there were no large medical malpractice verdicts in that county. Mr. Geraci's case, on behalf of a disabled 11 year old injured at birth when his mother's care was neglected by hospital personnel, established that a properly prepared medical malpractice case can receive a fair trial even in a staunchly conservative locale.

He was honored as a Distinguished Champion for the Order of Consumer Debtors and received the Benevolence Award in 2003. Mr. Geraci currently instructs young Lawyers as a provider of Continuing Legal Education in Illinois and donates his time to local undergraduate students teaching trial technique.

His memberships include, The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney's, The National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum an exclusive forum for attorneys who have been awarded judgments for clients of more than one million dollars.

Married to Holly B. Geraci, Mr. and Mrs. Geraci are supporters of Lambs Farm, Lincoln Park Zoo, Little City Foundation, Indianapolis Children's Museum, North Florida Legal Services, Grateful House, and Thresholds Psychiatric among other charitable organizations.

Mr. Geraci is licensed to practice law with the Supreme Courts of Illinois (1974), Indiana (1996), Wisconsin (1996), California (1996), New York (1996), Florida (2004) and Michigan (2007).
